Non-Hosting Policy
UniToon is an online service provider as defined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
We do NOT host, provide, archive, store, or distribute any media files of any kind on our servers.
UniToon acts solely as an index of metadata and a technological interface that allows users to access content hosted by third-party providers. We have no technical or legal control over the content hosted on external sites.
01DMCA Compliance
We take copyright infringement very seriously. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content indexed on UniToon infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
Please note that because UniToon does not host any content, a DMCA notice sent to us will only result in the removal of the link to the content from our interface. To have the content removed from the internet entirely, you must contact the third-party hosting provider.
02Required Information
To be effective, your DMCA notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and the URL of the page on UniToon where it appears.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (Address, telephone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
03Liability Statement
UniToon cannot be held liable for the content found on any external sites indexed by our service. Any legal issues regarding the content should be taken up with the site owners or the hosting providers themselves.
